Trips Cards ("the App") is developed and operated by Corey Dylan ("we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how the App works.

Information We Collect

Gameplay Data

The App collects anonymous, aggregated gameplay data to improve the AI opponent and balance the game. This includes game outcomes, move patterns, and session durations. This data is not linked to your identity.

Multiplayer

When you play online multiplayer games, we process the display name you choose and your gameplay actions in real time to facilitate the match. Multiplayer sessions are ephemeral and are not stored after the game ends.

Game Center

If you use Apple Game Center features (leaderboards, achievements), your Game Center alias and scores are managed by Apple under their own privacy policy. We do not have access to your Apple ID or Game Center account details.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect device identifiers for advertising purposes
• We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs
• We do not sell, share, or rent any data to third parties

Local Storage

Your game settings, progress, trophies, and saved games are stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, this data is permanently removed.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple's CloudKit for optional iCloud sync of game data, and Supabase for multiplayer matchmaking. Both services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect personal information from any user, the App is suitable for all ages.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
