These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trips Cards mobile application ("the App") developed by Corey Dylan ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Trips Cards is a card game intended for personal entertainment. You may use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store terms.

User Conduct

When using multiplayer features, you agree to:

• Choose display names that are not offensive, hateful, or harassing
• Play in good faith and not intentionally disrupt other players' experience
• Not exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play on your behalf

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, artwork, animations, game mechanics, and code, is the intellectual property of Corey Dylan. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.

Availability

We strive to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Online multiplayer requires an active internet connection and depends on third-party infrastructure.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
